Humphrey was adopted by me on March 15, 2013. I was shocked when my mom said I can get a hamster. I was so excited that I felt like my heart was going to explode! (Erm, ew. Don't think of a heart exploding...)
I started looking for which one to choose. Except, it was only two of them. One was brown, and the other was golden. Which one did I choose? THE GOLDEN ONE! Of course! I read this book series with a classroom hamster named Humphrey, and the name sounded great for my new hamster.
Humphery was a classic pet, he was such a happy and healthy hamster.
On May 12, 2016, Humphery moved on to hamster heaven. The three years I had with him were very special to me, and I loved Humphery like a son.
That is how our Humphrey is important, more important than twenty one pilots tickets.
I love him, never will forget him.
